Administration | IMPORTANT UPDATE TO COFFEE RECIPES

Dear Franchisees,

We have decided to change the Coffee recipes back to the recipes that we originally used for Coffees here at Teapioca Lounge starting April 2nd. Using our Non-Dairy creamer instead of Half & Half, these original recipes have been tested in our Austin stores since December 1, 2023 resulting in increased sales for the Coffee category and positive feedback from our customers and managers.

Please plan to adjust your inventory accordingly to accommodate for the Coffees which will now use Non-Dairy Creamer and Granulated Sugar instead of Half&Half and Liquid Cane Sugar, other than that exchange, the Coffee recipes, for the most part, remain the same.

TPI will provide new pages for you to update your recipe books as well as an updated Recipe Shortcut to place in the work area closer to the launch date.

Marketing | Special Edition Year of the Dragon Stickers!

Dear Franchisees,

To celebrate Lunar New Year coming up this Saturday, February 10, we created a Special Edition sticker featuring our Dragon Character in honor of this year being Year of the Dragon.

To help spread the spirit of the Dragon, TPI is sending 1000 of these limited edition stickers to each store. You should receive them in the mail by Friday, February 9 to have them in time to hand out to your customers for free, while supplies last.

You can help promote these by posting the stickers on social media, encouraging your customers to come and get this collectible sticker and to enjoy and celebrate the festivities of the Lunar New Year with Teapioca Lounge.

Administration | Important Update: Product Name Change for Bobanada Category

Dear Franchisees,

We are reaching out to inform you about our ongoing efforts to protect and strengthen our brand identity, we are currently in the process of trademarking the name “Bobanada” with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (US PTO).

Here are the changes to the Bobanada series names:

Fresanada -Fresa Bobanada
Pinanada -Pina Bobanada
Sandianada -Sandia Bobanada
Mangonada -Mango Bobanada

Due to the urgency of the deadline to submit the change, we have already updated the POS menu and you should already see this change in store. The new names will appear on the POS, Online Order, Mobile platforms, as well as on the Labels and Receipts.

New Loyalty Program Incentives

Dear Franchisees,
We are excited to announce that starting February 12, we are launching some new promotional incentives to our loyalty program. The goal is to drive more customers to our stores to make repeating purchases by encouraging them to download and use our newly updated app.
-Enrollment Points: The sign up bonus will be increased from 20 to 100 points.
-5 Bonus Points Per Visit: Customers will receive 5 bonus points every visit.
-3X Points Every Tuesday: Every Tuesday during the promotion, customers will receive 3X Points on purchases made that day by scanning the app in store or placing an online order.
