Dear Franchisees,

The Monday after Black Friday we will promote a set of Winter Themed Drinks that include Peppermint flavored drinks and NEW UPDATED Recipes to our Hot Chocolate Series as we heard feedback that it might need more flavor. Here is the list of drinks we will promote(Please be sure to take note of your inventory and plan accordingly):

Information Technology | Enhanced IT Support Process!

Dear Franchisees,

 

To enhance our IT support to be more efficient, we redefined our support process so that IT support can be easily monitored and solved by different IT support teams from different time zones. From this moment forward, we have 3 channels of communication which you can use to contact us for IT support.

●     Slack: There is now an itsupport group which contains IT support members. If you need IT support via Slack, you will be required to tag the group for one of the members to assist you.
Slack Example: @itsupport <your text about the issue>
●     Email: The email group you can use to contact our IT support team is .
●     Phone: +1(866)837-3011. This is a Toll Free Number and a dedicated phone line for ITSupport. It will route to different IT Support teams in different timezones.
