We would like to provide you all with the most up to date set of official Operations Manuals. We realize some of you may have old versions or incomplete sets, so attached is the entire set of the most recent versions.
Additionally, we’ve introduced a new segment titled the “Customer Service Manual.” Its purpose is to establish a standard for skills and qualities across all stores, ensuring our guests receive exceptional service. We encourage you to review this section, particularly the “Teapicoa Lounge Template,” and engage in developing your staff to excel in customer service.
Please compare your current set of the Operations Manuals with the version attached and print out and replace any pages that were updated or changed.
