Dear Franchisees,
On Tuesday, March 4, your POS will be updated to print the shortened names for our drink order labels for the Coffee and Frappioca categories. Reminder: Similar to the CreamBlasTea category that you have already been using the past few weeks; the full item names will remain on the POS system, only the printed labels will use the shortened names.
Please take this week to:
Print out the shortname key (provided below)
Review the shortnames with your staff to ensure they are familiar with the changes
After March 4, you will have another 4 weeks to get used to these changes before we provide the key for the next categories.
