Dear Franchisees,
Starting January 1, 2024, TPI will require any requests for Marketing materials, additions to the POS, debugging of network and tech issues, etc. to follow our new Work Request Process:
– Submit a Naranga ticket and any other forms for the specific request you are in need of.
– TPI will then determine factors such as estimated date of completion(sizing), cost, etc.
– The TPI Accounting team will then send you a Quote which will include the factors mentioned above, and you will need to Accept or Reject the Quote. If you Accept the Quote, TPI will begin to work on your request.
– If the Quote is Accepted, TPI will work and deliver your request. Once the work is completed, the TPI Accounting team will send you an Invoice for the work completed.
