Dear Franchisees,

We are thrilled to launch our Pumpkin Spice drinks for the fall season, starting Monday, September 16th. Ensure your inventory is ready for the launch.

This year, we have four Pumpkin Spice drinks: one returning favorite and three new creations. The recipes are available here – 2024 Pumpkin Spice Recipes . Please print and review them with your staff before the launch.

If you have leftover or recently expired Pumpkin Spice syrup, it is safe to use this season, as confirmed by Monin. The promotion will run until early December, while supplies last. If you run out, let us know so we can assist in removing promotional materials.

Construction | IMPORTANT :Mandatory TPI Forms for Construction Activities

Dear Franchisees,

To maintain uniformity across all locations, we are introducing a new policy effective immediately. This policy ensures that new stores and remodeled existing stores consistently reflect TPI Spirits and adhere to our brand standards.

Effective immediately, this policy mandates that Interior Design submissions be reviewed bi-weekly, or sooner if needed, for Construction Status Updates. Material Approval Forms must be submitted at each construction phase. To facilitate this process, we have provided a list of required links to ensure smooth updates throughout the store construction.

We believe that exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of our brand’s success, and this reward is our way of acknowledging the hard work and dedication that goes into creating a positive experience for our customers.

Administration | IMPORTANT : Bill.com for ACH

Dear Franchisees,

Starting September 1, 2024, Teapioca International will transition to using Bill.com as the vendor for all ACH withdrawals, including the Royalty Fees and National Branding Fund. By moving to Bill.com, TPI can streamline and automate the invoicing and ACH process, leading to increased efficiency and savings.

There will be no change or action required on your end. However, you will see the Bill.com reference alongside the Teapioca International name in your bank statement for Royalty Fees, National Branding, and any ACH withdrawals from TPI.
