Dear Franchisees,
As we prepare for the upcoming holiday promotions, please be aware of our final availability date for Pumpkin Spice:
December 31, 2024, is the hard stop date for all Pumpkin Spice offerings.
On this date, POS buttons for Pumpkin Spice will be removed, and the drink will no longer be available for order.
In preparation, we will:
– Remove Pumpkin Spice advertisements from the menu TVs to make space for Black Friday promotions.
– Continue displaying Pumpkin Spice on the Customer Display Screen (CDS) until early December, after which these images will also be removed.
Pumpkin Spice is offered while supplies last. If your location runs out of Pumpkin Spice before the hard stop date, please submit an IT support ticket at support.it@teapiocalounge.com to have your Pumpkin Spice buttons removed from the POS early.
