Administration | EXTENDING New Uniform Submission Contest

Dear Franchisees,

We are thrilled to announce the extension of the New Uniform Design Contest until January 31, 2024, providing you with more time to showcase your creative flair. Just a friendly reminder that your designs, or those of your employees, could become the new face of Teapioca Lounge employees as well as potential merchandise for customers to purchase! Plus, there’s an enticing $200 reward for the chosen designs.

We understand that not everyone may have the graphic design expertise to submit detailed files, but fear not! We welcome all submissions, whether they be hand-drawn sketches or detailed written descriptions.

Administration | 2024 Work Request Process

Dear Franchisees,

Starting January 1, 2024, TPI will require any requests for Marketing materials, additions to the POS, debugging of network and tech issues, etc. to follow our new Work Request Process:

– Submit a Naranga ticket and any other forms for the specific request you are in need of.
– TPI will then determine factors such as estimated date of completion(sizing), cost, etc.
– The TPI Accounting team will then send you a Quote which will include the factors mentioned above, and you will need to Accept or Reject the Quote. If you Accept the Quote, TPI will begin to work on your request.
– If the Quote is Accepted, TPI will work and deliver your request. Once the work is completed, the TPI Accounting team will send you an Invoice for the work completed.

Administration | 2024 Phase Out Products

Dear Franchisees,

One of our main themes for 2024 will be to make our products and inventory move. Based on your feedback that there are products that take longer to sell than others which leads to expiration as well as products simply not being as popular as others, we plan to begin phasing out and discontinuing some products.

In May of 2024, these products will be discontinued from our menu:

Pear
Cinnamon
Turmeric
Yogurt Bursters
Carrot Juice

REMINDER – No Durian SNOWYN(we are keeping Durian Smoothies, but do not make the Durian Snowyns. You should already have the updated menus with Durian Snowyn removed.)

Dear Franchisees,

With the December holidays coming up, we understand your stores may close early, or completely, for holidays and or staff events.

As a reminder, there is a folder in OneHub with templates for you to download, print, and fill out for holiday hours as well as other scenarios you may need to adjust your store hours for.

Should you require personalized holiday hours signs or assistance from our team at TPI to temporarily disable your Online Order for specific days, we kindly request you to submit a Naranga ticket by Friday, December 15th. This will allow us ample time to ensure a seamless transition for your store.

If you do not need assistance, please remember to turn your online order off when you close and back on when re-open.
