After successful negotiations, we’ve secured a reduced commission rate of 15% per delivery order (previously 20%), which includes credit card processing fees, vehicle expenses, and driver costs. Additionally, stores can opt for DoorDash Plus at 25%, giving access to DashPass users for broader visibility. We’ve also streamlined the onboarding process—new stores only need to provide business info and address, with our IT team managing menu setup. Administration | MUST-READ :New Announcement Acknowledgment Process – Ensure Timely Compliance

Dear Teapioca Franchisees,

Teapioca Intl is launching a mandatory Acknowledgement of Announcement (ACK) Process to ensure franchisees stay informed of critical updates. Each announcement will indicate if an ACK is required and include a secure, pre-filled ACK form (Announcement ID and Subject), accessible only via email (not in Slack for security and compliance). Franchisees must carefully review the announcement, fill in their name, email, signature, and submit the form within 5 business days. Failure to acknowledge may lead to miscommunication and operational disruptions, affecting customer satisfaction. This process is part of your Due Diligence and Best Effort commitment under the Franchise Agreements (Sections 2.7 & 9.2). Timely acknowledgment ensures smooth operations and customer service.

Operations | IMPORTANT :Potential 2% Milk and Thai Tea Updates

Dear Franchisee,

We are analyzing two potential changes and would love to get your feedback. These changes are focused on improving our ingredients and enhancing the overall customer experience.

The first possibility involves eliminating 2% milk as a substitute creamer option for our drink menu. We will continue to carry 2% milk due to the process of making our Snowyns.

The second option is to start using non-dairy creamer in our Thai teas, instead of half and half. It will follow the same instructions as our premixed Cream Tea. Attached is the recipe for your reference. Please go ahead and do a small batch to try it out.

Operations | MUST-READ :New Limited Edition Halloween Themed Drinks

Dear Franchisees,

As we are continuing to try and creatively promote our phase-out products, we are thrilled to introduce 3 NEW “HALLOWEEN” themed drinks that contain some of our Phase out products. (Peppermint & Taro Pudding)

We will launch these drinks on Monday, October 14 and the last day they will be available is November 4. The goal is to promote these for a few weeks centered around Halloween and then get back to promoting Pumpkin Spice afterward.

Attached you will find recipes and a reference sheet. The reference sheet contains some notes on how the products will be promoted. Please review these materials with your staff to ensure they are prepared for the launch on October 14. The recipes adhere to our standard flavor guidelines, and the POS buttons will be found in the “Limited Edition” category.
