Starting in 2025, Triple Point Tuesdays will be replaced by a new $1 Off Next Visit promotion, offering a more flexible and engaging reward system.

Visit-Based Rewards: Customers earn $1 value in Loyalty Points (20 points) per visit for future use, encouraging frequent visits without limiting rewards to a single day.

Finance | MUST-READ :Submission for year end ACH

Weekly ACH will need to submit two separate forms due to the year-end and year-start period falling in the middle of the week. For weekly ACH sales, the first form should cover transactions for December 30th and 31st, 2024, while the second form should cover transactions from January 1st through January 5th, 2025.

This separation is necessary to ensure accurate reporting and proper alignment with the transition between calendar years. Both forms must be completed and submitted by Wednesday, January 8th, 2025.

Additionally, the Intranet Fee will be divided across 7 days. The fee for December 30th and December 31st will be $38.57, and the fee for January 1st through January 5th will be $96.43. If you have an extra POS license fee, the same calculation method applies: divide the total fee by 7 days to determine the exact amount for each period.

Operations | FYI : Upcoming TESTING of New Milk Foams!

Dear Franchisees,

We are excited to announce the development and upcoming testing of Milk Foams, which customers will soon be able to add to their Hot and Cold Beverages!

Currently, Whip Cream is the only add-on option, but we’re expanding to include:
-Salted Milk Foam
-Taro Milk Foam
-Egg Milk Foam
-Cloud Foam

The first stage of testing will take place at Teapioca Wolf Crossing and SkyRidge locations starting this December and continuing into early January.

The second stage of testing will roll out at the end of January and conclude by the end of February. Franchisees who are interested in participating will have the opportunity to join this phase of testing.

We plan to conduct the final testing phase in March and aim to roll out the new Milk Foams at the beginning of the 2nd Quarter of 2025.

We will provide further updates, training, and marketing support as the testing progresses. Thank you for helping us bring innovative options to our customers!
