Dear Franchisees,
We’re excited to introduce a new Customer Review Process, allowing stores to collect valuable feedback through a unique QR code linked to a custom review form. Customers who provide 4- or 5-star ratings will be encouraged to leave reviews on Google and Yelp, while lower ratings will be privately captured for improvement insights.
