We are announcing the implementation of our new “Drink-Remake Policy” to enhance customer satisfaction. This standardized approach ensures that when a customer’s drink does not meet expectations, we can address their concerns consistently and fairly across all Teapioca Lounge locations.

This policy enhances exceptional customer service, promptly address any issues, and reinforce our commitment to offering the best boba tea experience.
