Dear Franchisees:
We’re excited to announce important updates to our partnership with DoorDash. After successful negotiations, we’ve secured a reduced commission rate of 15% per delivery order (previously 20%), which includes credit card processing fees, vehicle expenses, and driver costs. Additionally, stores can opt for DoorDash Plus at 25%, giving access to DashPass users for broader visibility. We’ve also streamlined the onboarding process—new stores only need to provide business info and address, with our IT team managing menu setup.
