This centralized resource provides employees with instant access to recipes, guides, and operational support articles to assist with daily operations. The common account can only be used on a shared in-store device, such as a PC or tablet, ensuring secure and consistent access. Franchisees must request authorization by emailing support.it@teapiocalounge.com.
