Dear Franchisees,
We’re pleased to announce that our new training modules are now mandatory for all Franchise locations, starting November 15, as part of our commitment to quality and consistency.
Every Franchisee must complete these modules as a Standard Operating Procedure to enhance product and service quality and operational efficiency. Our Operations team will continue updating and expanding the modules, and we’ll notify you of any changes.
Please complete these trainings by December 15. Compliance will be monitored to ensure consistency across locations. If you have questions or need support, feel free to reach out.
