We’re thrilled to introduce a new initiative to recognize exceptional customer service across our stores. Starting this year, we will award a bi-annual prize to the store with the highest customer service score, as determined by the finance portal.
We believe that exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of our brand’s success, and this reward is our way of acknowledging the hard work and dedication that goes into creating a positive experience for our customers.
We’re excited to announce that the winners of our first customer service reward are Vicky and Quan Nguyen from Alafaya Square, Florida! Congratulations to Vicky and Quan for their outstanding service. TPI Accounting will contact them soon regarding their cash reward.
