Dear Franchisees,
We are announcing an adjustment to the technology and intranet fee due to rising costs from vendors for services such as music subscriptions, data analytics, software, and increased vendor support. Over the past few years, we have held off on passing these cost increases onto you, but the continued rise in expenses now requires a fee adjustment. Effective July 7th, 2025, the weekly technology and intranet fee will increase from $135 to $150.
This adjustment will help us maintain the critical services that enhance store operations and customer experiences, such as music, data insights, and software tools. We understand that fee changes can raise concerns, and we are here to answer any questions you may have. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for further clarification.
